Users with supported devices can now ask AI to describe a photo, starting with Click to Do. Instead of transferring your photographs to Microsoft servers, Windows 11 processes images locally, producing faster results. Image description is currently limited to Windows Insiders using Copilot+ PCs with Snapdragon CPUs.
The next platform modification is administrator protection, which provides just-in-time admin privileges to safeguard "free-floating admin rights." By default, this feature is disabled and must be enabled through group policy or Windows Security under Account Protection. Administrator protection is covered in further detail here.
Improved privacy dialogs that dim the app when requesting rights to access the camera, microphone, location, etc. are among the other changes. Additionally, you could see that Smart App Control is activated under Windows Security if you have it in evaluation mode. Lastly, PowerShell 2.0, which has long been deprecated, is removed from the Beta build.
